Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details to request cancellation.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for canceled orders or damaged/incorrect items received.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery adjustment).
Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable items such as pickles, sweets, and homemade foods cannot be returned or refunded once delivered unless damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time
- Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after verification.
