Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details to request cancellation.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for canceled orders or damaged/incorrect items received.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery adjustment).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable items such as pickles, sweets, and homemade foods cannot be returned or refunded once delivered unless damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after verification.
